Required qualifications:

• University Degree, preferably in Shipping
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar position in a Training Department of a shipping company or a Shipping Training Academy.
• Excellent English and organizational skills. Task requires high levels of multitasking and time management capability.
• Proficiency in utilizing Crewing ERPs and Learning Management Systems.
• Work experience in a crew department will be considered an asset.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel will also be considered an asset.
