TMS is seeking to recruit an entry-level professional to join our Accounting team in an Invoice Checking role. This position supports the execution of daily accounting tasks and offers the opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in the maritime industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify, categorize, and register invoices in the Danaos ERP system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices
• Assist the Accounting Protocol team with various ad hoc tasks as needed

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• 0-2 years of experience in Accounting, preferably within the shipping industry
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Danaos) will be considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English, orally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset
