ENESEL Group is looking for a motivated, full-time Crew Operator to join their team in Athens. You will manage the crewing operations for their fleet of tankers, bulk carriers, and containers.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate long-term crew rotations to ensure optimal vessel manning at all times.
• Travel & Visa Arrangements: Manage efficient flight bookings and secure required visas, including U.S. visas, for joining and off-signing seafarers.
• Compliance & Certificates: Verify that all onboard personnel meet STCW, Flag State, and Owner requirements, while monitoring the validity of all certificates and licenses.
• Contracts & ERP Admin: Prepare crew employment contracts, issue extensions, and maintain accurate records within the company’s ERP system (Danaos).

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marine HR or crewing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational diploma.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems (Danaos).
