TMS Dry Ltd. is currently looking to recruit a Crew Operator who will execute tasks related to the efficient manning of company’s vessels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and maintain the Company Policies and procedures in respect of Recruitment & Manning
• Ensure that the assigned Company Vessels are manned with certified and medically fit seafarers, in accordance with company standards and MLC 2006 requirements
• Maintain accurate records of the seafarers’ qualifications, seagoing experience and performance evaluations
• Monitor seafarers’ development and identify training needs in accordance with STCW, MLC,
• Company’s SMS National & International (e.g. ILO) Rules, Regulations and requirements
• Ensure that the execution of payments, wages and other forms of compensation is made in accordance with company policy
• Manage seafarers travelling arrangements
• Monitor and manage seafarers’ certificates validity

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree
• At least 5-year experience in a similar position
• IT literate, particularly with MS Office
• Proficient in English, orally and in writing
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
