Capital-Executive Ship Management Corp. currently operates a fleet of modern bulk carriers and container carriers, invites qualified individuals to apply for the position of Junior Superintendent Engineer to join the Technical Department.
The scope of the role is to support the Technical team in securing the continuous and flawless operation of the vessels while adhering to International/National Rules, Regulations & Standards and Company Procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Upkeep PMS forms and the Technical Department Filing system.
- Ensure that technical department related reports are processed and are filled in a timely manner according to the department working procedures.
- Liaise with Classification Societies, Flags, Regulatory
- Parties and follow-up on new regulations coming into force and applicability to the fleet.
- Assist in the Environmental Reporting preparation scope, assemble documentation, track vessels reports and follow-up on the process supporting the performance team.
- Creating presentations for technical department scope with the guidance of the team.
- Any other project or task assigned by TD.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar position
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or with marine background as 3rd Engineer.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- PC Literate.
