Enesel Bulk Logistics, Greek branch is seeking for a Shipping Accountant to join the Finance team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting activities, including trade and non-trade payables, bank reconciliations, voyage accounting, and month-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process trade and non-trade invoices and prepare payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support accounts receivable activities.
• Review voyage accounting to ensure accurate recording of revenues and expenses.
• Assist with month-end close, accruals, fixed assets, and account reconciliations.
• Support audits, reporting, and general finance administration.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a shipping company’s accounting department.
• Experience with accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.
• Basic understanding of voyage accounting and shipping-related financial transactions.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (IMOS, Danaos, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Previous Experience in trading companies will be considered as an asset.
