The Hellenic Management Centre (HMC) invites professionals and organisations to an Open Day on 8 September 2026, dedicated to the internationally recognised CMI Level 5 Qualifications in Management & Leadership, ahead of the new intake starting on 22 September.
Awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the UK’s leading professional body for managers and leaders, the qualifications combine practical, workplace-focused learning with internationally recognised professional development, helping participants strengthen their skills in leadership, team and performance management, managing change, conflict, coaching and mentoring.

The CMI Level 5 Qualifications are ideal for middle managers, team leaders, supervisors, department heads and professionals preparing to take on greater managerial responsibility.

- CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management & Leadership: A focused pathway comprising two units, ideal for professionals seeking targeted development in key areas of management and leadership.
- CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership: A comprehensive professional development pathway comprising seven units, providing broader coverage of the skills and competencies required for effective management and leadership.
Completion of the full Diploma can also provide a pathway towards Chartered Manager (CMgr) status, the highest professional recognition awarded by CMI for managers and leaders.
