Job Description:
- Preparation of reports and analysis of transport companies’ price lists.
- Control and recording of all shipping costs in the system, analysis of shipments and data.
- Participate in the management of all shipments, for a proper customer service and proper pricing.
- Participation in the issuance of all shipping documents (shipping notes, invoices, credit) and customs documents.
- Communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers during the whole procedure of the shipment.
- Uploading of Transportation expenses inside ERP system.
Skills and experience:
- Educational background in Maritime or Financial studies or Logistics.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in shipping, with specific knowledge of import procedures.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
