Job Description:
- Manage inquiries and orders for FSR services from shipping and ship management companies.
- Coordinate vessel inspections, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate and negotiate with service providers to establish strong partnerships.
- Oversee credit control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Track vessel certification deadlines and communicate these to clients for compliance.
- Expand the maritime portfolio, playing an active role in elevating safety standards within the industry.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry, service coordination, or a related role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
