Everllence Hellas Ltd is looking for a Sales Coordinator to work for Order Processing department, to handle logistics aspects for spare parts in collaboration with the Headquarters in Denmark and our organization globally. . The job requires you to be able work independently while you have a keen sense of community as well can work in teams.
We can offer you the following tasks
- Offer and order preparation for spare parts for defined countries and/or customers
- Responsibility for the coordination and preparation of worldwide shipping orders
- Interface between our customers, external organization and internal departments
- Follow up of open orders with our customers and the local organization
- Update of customer data
- Preparation of return deliveries and corresponding credit notes
You Can Help Us With These Qualifications
- Experience in order processing and sales support
- Knowledge and experience with customs and foreign trade regulations
- Commercial competencies.
- Knowledge of SAP SD modules and MS Office
- English language skills fluent in written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently
- Advantageous good knowledge of the maritime industry, diesel engines and/or diesel power plants
