KYKLADES MARITIME CORPORATION seeks to employ a full-time Deputy Crew Manager, who will support the Crew Manager in the effective and compliant crewing of the fleet.

The successful candidate will support the Crew Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Crew Department, working closely with seafarers, crew agents and colleagues across the Company.

Requirements

Eligible candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Master Mariner with 5 years of seagoing experience, or Bachelor’s degree in an HR discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Crew Operator
• Good knowledge of MLC, STCW and Flag requirements (Greek & MI)
• Advanced ERP skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Availability for limited travelling
