Contships Management seeks a Newbuilding Manager for its containership newbuilding programme in China.
Responsibilities: Review and negotiate technical specifications and makers lists; coordinate plan approval, Class and attend site supervision
Qualifications:
- Degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
- Minimum four years’ experience in newbuilding projects, including site supervision.
- Experience with Chinese shipyards; containership experience preferred.
- Strong technical negotiation, project management and communication skills.
- Excellent English and availability to travel to China.
