CAPITAL GAS SHIP MANAGEMENT CORP. invites qualified professionals to apply for the position of PMS Officer to join Technical Department.
Position Description
The position aims to support assist the Technical team in every day to day activities, mainly on the PMS activities and monitoring vessels status, alert vessels on missing reports.
The PMS Officer is responsible for:
- Monitoring vessels PMS, Defects Reports, Superintendents Orders and D/D jobs requests status
- Alert vessels on outstanding jobs and follow up in coordination with the Fleet Technical Manager and Superintendent Engineers
- Keeping forms and ensuring /processing the Technical Department Filing system
- Updating KPI record
Education, Experience & skills
- Bsc degree from National or other Technical University /in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
- Excellent command of English language / Proficiency level
- Basic knowledge of Main & Auxiliary Engines
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
