CAPITAL GAS SHIP MANAGEMENT CORP. is a leading ship management company specializing in the management of Gas Carriers, operating a modern and continuously expanding fleet. As part of our long-term growth strategy and ongoing fleet expansion, we are strengthening our Crewing Department and invite experienced professionals to apply for the position of Crew Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination of crew changes
- Monitoring and verification of crew certification and compliance (STCW / MLC)
- Handling travel, visa, and ticketing arrangements
- Implementation and adherence to the company’s Safety Management System (SMS)
- Managing Junior Officer and Ratings rotation plans
- Updating and maintaining vessel crew matrices
- Reviewing ticketing, training invoices, and manning agency fees
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in a similar crewing role with Tankers and/or Gas vessels
- Very good knowledge of crew certification and seafarers’ documentation (STCW / MLC)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and crewing management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
