Velos is looking for an experienced IT Specialist to support our global operations. The role reports directly to the IT Manager and involves providing technical support for both onshore and onboard vessel systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, onboard IT systems, and cloud technologies
- Proven experience in network administration (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, VoIP)
- Familiarity with satellite communication systems and onboard IT equipment, with the ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot onboard IT, network, CCTV, and communication systems
- Excellent command of English
- Willingness to travel frequently
