Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Operator for a full-time, on-site position at our Piraeus headquarters. The role directly supports our Gas Detectors & Alcotest Department, handling customer inquiries, coordinating service requests, and providing clear communication between clients and the technical team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow and high-quality customer support in a technical marine environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer requests
- Support operations related to Gas Detection & Alcotest systems
- Register data, prepare documentation, and track service files
- Coordinate with technical teams and logistics departments
- Maintain a professional and efficient communication standard
Qualifications
- Strong command of English and excellent computer skills
- Comfortable with phone communication and customer service routines
- Well-organized, responsible, and willing to learn
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
- Previous work experience is welcome but not required
- High school diploma or vocational/academic studies in a related field
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow within a technical/marine environment
