About the Role

As a Fire, Safety & Rescue Services Operator, you will:

· Manage inquiries and orders for FSR services from shipping and ship management companies.

· Coordinate vessel inspections, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

· Communicate and negotiate with service providers to establish strong partnerships.

· Oversee credit control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.

· Track vessel certification deadlines and communicate these to clients for compliance.

· Expand the maritime portfolio, playing an active role in elevating safety standards within the industry.

 

What we’re looking for:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field (preferred).

· 1-3 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry, service coordination, or a related role.

· Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

· Strong time management and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

· A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
