Job Description:

· Maintain and expand the existing B2B customer network, focusing on Shipping Companies & Ship Management Companies.

· Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the maritime sector.

· Negotiate contracts for both products and services based on customer needs.

· Communicate effectively with customers and business partners to foster strong relationships.

· Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events.

· Create reports and conduct sales analysis to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

· Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and industry developments to support business strategy.

Skills and experience:

· University degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.

· At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the maritime industry.

· Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.

· Excellent command of the English language.

· Proficiency in MS Excel for sales analysis and reporting.

· Ability to travel based on business needs.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
