KYKLADES MARITIME CORPORATION is seeking a full-time Technical Assistant/Intern for a 6-month internship (with potential extension) to support the implementation of a new ERP system across the fleet. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the technical operations of a shipping company and to participate in a major digital transformation project.
The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, eager to learn and able to manage data with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the setup and data migration of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) within the new ERP environment.
● Review and update PMS data (maintenance jobs, components, manuals, spare parts).
● Support mapping of existing procedures, codes, and equipment to the new platform.
● Coordinate with vessel teams to verify data accuracy and collect missing information.
● Assist in system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation.
● Prepare user guides, checklists, and documentation for internal training.
● Provide administrative and technical support to the ERP Implementation Team.
Requirements:
● University student or recent graduate in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Studies.
● Strong interest in PMS systems, ERPs, and digitalization in shipping.
● Excellent command of MS Excel; familiarity with databases is a plus.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work with large datasets accurately and systematically.
● Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
