Laskaridis Maritime S.A. seeks a motivated Junior Crew Assistant / Operator to join its Crew Department and support the daily crewing operations of its bulk carrier fleet.

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of experience in a crewing department or similar shipping role.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills, a cooperative attitude and willingness to learn.
• A degree in Shipping or a related field would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with crewing software and seafarers’ certification requirements would be considered an asset.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist with crew changes, travel arrangements and joining documentation.
• Maintain crew records and monitor certificates and medical validity.
• Provide administrative support to the Crew Department.
