Franman a well-established maritime services company based in Athens, operating since 1991 and a leading position in the Greek market. Through a global network of trusted providers, we deliver high-volume, tailor-made underwater solutions to a wide and established client base.
Franman is looking for a Marine Sales Executive to join their team, taking over an existing portfolio while further developing client relationships and driving new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell underwater services to shipping companies
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Arrange and conduct client meetings (in-person)
- Prepare and present proposals and offers
- Coordinate with global service providers, internal teams and clients
- Monitor operations and ensure smooth project execution
- Provide client support and handle inquiries
- Stay updated on industry trends and market activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Maritime Studies or related field
- Experience in shipping, sales, or marine services (3–5 years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across time zones
- Team-oriented with a proactive, commercial mindset
- Valid driving license
