Contships Management Inc. is currently looking for a lawyer with experience in ship finance and transactions to join its Legal Team. The scope of work will include:
- Reviewing finance documents
- Drafting/negotiating contracts
- Incorporation and maintenance of companies
- Assisting with S&P transactions, including drafting and reviewing MOAs and delivery documents
- Assisting with real estate transactions
- Greek Law degree and background in English Law (2-3 years of relevant experience are required)
- Strong administrative abilities, MS Office skills
