Candidates should have:
- Previous experience in a similar shore-based position or seagoing experience as a deck officer.
- A degree in Shipping or a related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset and ability to support daily operations in a dynamic environment.
The role involves assisting senior operators with the daily management of a large fleet of feeder containerships, direct communication with vessels and external.
