Participants will have a brief overview and understanding of the effective time management concept.

Techniques and tools will be provided for proper prioritization, scheduling and focus and the core skills that constitute it.

Common time management challenges and mistakes such as lateness, dead time and interruptions shall be identified to eliminate them.

Trainees will be inspired by learning how to set goals and discover what it is that motivates them.
