You will be part of a regional EMEA delivery team of technical experts within Digital Ocean, focusing on the maritime industry’s digital transformation.

As a Junior Technical Advisor at Kongsberg Maritime, you will be an integral part of the Vessel Insight Delivery team, supporting the successful adoption of our services and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a key role in the setup and deployment of Vessel Insight features and applications, while providing valuable technical expertise throughout the entire delivery process.
Accountability/Work tasks:
- Facilitate onboarding of new customer installations onto the Vessel Insight cloud platform.
- Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Collaborate with the global technical team to map signals, configure features, and set up applications.
- Verify signal availability onboard vessels and confirm compatibility with Vessel Insight services.
- Partner closely with product and development teams to resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Document technical processes, installation details, and issue resolutions to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist in commissioning/troubleshooting and provide first-level technical support when needed.
- Work alongside Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless handovers of applications and features.
- Support the Growth Department in pre-engineering activities to help deliver solutions to customers.
