As an Back Office Maritime Operator, you will:

· Assisting with the processing of inquiries and service orders

· Supporting the scheduling and documentation of vessel inspections

· Maintaining accurate records of service activities and certification deadlines

· Communicating with internal teams and external partners for basic coordination tasks

· Preparing reports and following up on documentation as needed

· Ensuring the timely entry of data into internal systems

What we’re looking for:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or a related field (preferred).

· 2 years of experience in the maritime industry or in a similar administrative/support role

· Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

· Strong time management and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

· A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
