The opportunity

We are currently seeking for a junior Associate (Part time or Full time) to provide support for the effective functioning of the overall processes. In time the person will undertake more responsibilities and assume the title of junior Project Manager.

INITIAL responsibilities

  • Editing & distributing reports / documentation / presentations / emails for or on behalf of the VENLYS team;
  • Communicating with clients;
  • Organising external / internal meetings & events;
  • Participating in workforce administration processes, clients data recording, preparing presentations and participating in training;
  • Coordinating and delivering email campaigns;
  • Supporting a diverse variety of operations projects that range significantly in size and complexity.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • The ability to work in a demanding environment with capacity to prioritize and multi tasking;
  • Enthusiasm of being a member of team-working building team;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English;
  • Advanced MS Office user with focus on Power Point (or other presentation packages).
